摘要


以溶膠凝膠方法製備有機無機混成材料.這個研究著重於GLYMO和ATSB產生不同硬度的固化膜依據變更其(1)矽與鋁的莫爾比(2)水解時間,並分析固化膜在傅立葉紅外光譜儀和紫外-可見光光譜儀獲得結果.固化膜表現出不同的特性,包括硬度,撓曲度可達5cm直徑、透光度可達87%的塗佈液配方.尤其是矽對鋁摩爾比的影響力顯示有劇烈影響在固化膜的硬度上。水解速率是另一個重要因素例如GLYMO:ATSB的莫爾比在2.5:1和3.5:1時.薄膜硬度增加是隨者水解時間的增加.正確的基線校正和標準化下,全反射紅外光譜的吸收峰顯示Si-O-Al峰在水解時間增加的趨勢下對於這兩個例子.一個莫爾比太高或太低導致薄膜有低硬度.

Inorganic-organic hybrid material prepared with sol-gel process. This study focus on 3-glycidyloxy propyl trimethoxy silane(GLYMO) and Aluminum tri sec butylate (ATSB), result in cured films of differences hardness of by varying (1) Si-to-Al molar ratio (2) , hydrolysis time, and analyses of the cured samples were performed to obtain results such as FTIR and UV visible spectroscopy. The coating formulations with cured films exhibit characteristics including varying hardness, a deflection reaching 5cm in diameter, and a transmittance reaching 87%. Particularly, the Si-to-Al molar ratio appears to have dramatic influence on the hardness of the cured films. Hydrolysis rate is another important factor for cases with GLYMO:ATSB molar ratio being 2.5:1 and 3.5:1. Film hardness is shown increases with increasing hydrolysis time. Baseline-corrected and normalized FTIR-ATR absorption peaks show an increasing trend of the Si-O-Al peak with hydrolysis time for these two cases. A molar ratio too high or too low result films with low hardness.
