本論文研究之目的,在於瞭解校長領導風格、教師工作投入與班級經營效能之間的關連性。首先探討國小教師工作投入與班級經營效能之關係;其次,以校長領導風格為本研究之背景因素,分析教師知覺校長領導風格對教師工作投入的影響;接著,探討教師工作投入對校長領導風格與班級經營效能之中介效果。將結果與建議供教育行政機關、校長及教師之參考。 本研究採用問卷調查法,以台北市、新北市及桃園縣的國小班級導師為調查對象,共發出17所學校、289份個人問卷,扣除未回收問卷及無效問卷,有效問卷為277份。利用SPSS統計軟體,進行信度分析、描述性統計分析、相關分析、線性迴歸分析來驗證本研究之假設。 本研究結果顯示: 一、教師工作投入對班級經營效能具有顯著正相關。 教師工作投入對班級的「班級常規」、「學習氣氛」、「親師溝通與合作」、「落實學生 輔導工作」皆具有正相關。 二、教師知覺校長領導風格與教師工作投入之間具有顯著正相關。 教師知覺校長在「倡導層面」、「關懷層面」、「變革領導行為」的領導風格與教 師工作投入皆具有正相關,其中以「倡導層面」最為顯著。 三、校長領導風格會透過教師工作投入的中介效果,正向影響班級經營效能。
The purpose of this research is to investigate the relationship between elementary school teachers’ job involvement and classroom management effectiveness, the research background is on the basis of principal leadership style. Analyze teachers’ perception of principal leadership style and job the influence of involvement on teachers. Provide a reference for principals and teachers. This research adopts a questionnaire survey. Take the elementary school homeroom teachers of Taipei City, New Taipei City and Taoyuan County as to investigate object, totally send out 17 schools, 289 individual questionnaires, deducting didn't take back questionnaires and invalid questionnaires, the effective questionnaires was 277. Using of SPSS statistical software for reliability analysis, descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, linear regression analysis to verify the hypotheses. The results showed: 1. The teachers job involvement on classroom management efficiency have a significant positive correlation. The teachers job involvement into and all have positive to "class rules", "learning atmosphere", "communication and cooperation between parents and teachers" and "implementation student counseling job" were a positive correlation. 2. Teachers perceived principal’s leadership style and teachers job involvement have a significant positive correlation. Teachers perceived principal’s leadership style in the "advocacy level," "care level", and "change leadership behavior" and work devotion of teachers all have a positive correlation, in which to "advocacy level" is the most significant. 3. Principal leadership style will through the mediating effect of job involvement of teachers, and positive impact on classroom management effectiveness.
