移印製程提昇之相關因素研究

摘要


隨著電腦、通訊、以及消費性電子產品的多樣化發展,金屬材料更被廣泛的應用,也由於改善外觀所需的表面處理技術不斷的演進。金屬外觀產品質感受到消費者的喜愛,因而3C產業也著重金屬外觀製作,而移印是製程中最後階段使用最多的工藝。針對產品外觀表面處理技術問題,此容易克服卻會影響成本及良率,對品質提升有很大的助益,藉本文提出移印不良分析及成本改善以提升客戶端產能的需求。 移印為外觀不可或缺的部分但要求品質規範是很嚴苛的,從人、機、料、法、環及魚骨圖可了解每個環節是不可或缺的。目前國內移印製版作業中並未建立控制移印版精度標準模式的穩定性。製版作業人員常利用主觀經驗,作為評斷標準。因此,本研究針對影響移印附著力及移印製程相關因素與工具設備穩定程度的考量進行探討,以獲得高良率的成品。由製程移印不良產生之原因,提出技術具體改善之對策並建立正確處理方法。生產規劃上區分為管理面、SOP、技術面三大方向並提出改善,以導入生產規劃,提升良率及降低成本並提高生產稼動率。

As computers, communications, and the diversification of consumer electronic products, metal is widely used, as required to improve the appearance of surface treatment technology continues to evolve. Metallic appearance of yield and quality by consumers, and thereby 3C industry appearance with heavy metal production, and printing technology with the most used is the last stage in the process. For surface treatment technology for product appearance problems, this easily overcome it will affect the cost and yield, to help to improve the quality of a large, raised printing bad analysis by this article need to enhance client productivity and cost improvements. Printing quality of appearance as an integral part of the requirements specification is very harsh, from people, machines, materials, methods, environments and Fishbone diagram to understand every aspect is essential. Pad print jobs in China at present, is to establishing standard model control pad plate precision stability. The making pad plates operating personnel often use the subjective experience takes the judgment standard. Therefore, this research move affect the adhesion of printing and printing process-related factors equipment and tools to explore stability considerations and to get the high quality rate end product finished results. Causes of poor in process printing, making technology specific improvement measures and to establish the correct approach on the production plan, divided into management, SOP , technical three sets of improvement allows importing production planning, yield high quality rate increase and decrease cost and increase production uptime rate.
