資料分析採用 SPSS17.0軟件版本。

Our participants included one hundred ninety eight nursing staffs in the northern areas of hospitals in Taiwan. The following questionnaires were included in this study: Maslach Burnout Inventory—Human Service Survey (MBI-HSS; Maslach &Jackson, 1996); PSS-10, (Cohen, Kamarck & Mermelstein, 1983), and CES-D, (Radloff,1977). Data was analyzed using SPSS version 17.0 software. A number of data analysis procedures were conducted including descriptive statistics, One way ANOVA , pearson’s product-moment correlations, and hieratical multiple regression analysis. The results were found as follows: (1)stress and burnout were unimportant variables in prediction of depression. (2)there are significant relations among job stress, burnout and depression of nurses. (3)the demographic variables(e.g., the means working time, income per month, and working site of nurses) are significant variables affecting job stress burnout and depression.
