每當火災發生時,由於一般民眾對於火災無法有效預防以及即時的滅火,更沒有消防避難的觀念,一旦發生火災發生,往往都會造成嚴重的人員傷亡以及財務上的損失,從以往的火災案例中可發現,火災現場產生的高溫、濃煙及大量的有毒氣體都會對人員造成傷亡。因此,如何進行有效火災預防與人員逃生為之重要。 本案例以基隆社區公寓為研究對象,起火戶加裝氣密窗,並且房間內大多門窗緊閉,導致濃煙無法排出,造成不幸。本研究以火災模擬軟體(Fire Dynamics Simulator,FDS)分析火災發生時造成重大傷亡的原因,研究火場中溫度、濃煙分佈及CO濃度之變化、各房間達到喪生時間,並針對影響火災的重要因數,做不同參數的變更,以瞭解各參數對人員避難逃生有何影響,減少火災害帶來的危害,為我們的生命財產安全帶來更多保障。
According to the previous fire cases report:Due to the general public can not effectively prevent or put out the fire timely, and lack of fire evacuation concept, whenever a fire occurs, that will often caused heavy casualties and property losses. The fire scene generates heat, smoke and toxic gases will menace to a lot of personnel safeties. Therefore, how to make an effective fire prevention and evacuation measures is pretty important. This case is taking the Keelung Community apartments for study case. The affected households install their rooms with airtight windows and doors which were closed during the fire, leading to smoke cannot be exhaust, and causing tragedy. This study uses Fire Dynamics Simulator (FDS) fire simulation software to analyze major causes of the fire damages, and the temperature field, the smoke distribution and CO concentration change, time for people to escape from a fire. To observe the important effect factors in the fires, by amending different parameters and to understand the impact of all parameters on personnel evacuation for reducing the harm caused by fire disaster and obtaining more security in protecting personnel lives and properties.
