本研究旨在探討台灣中高齡者參與休閒旅遊對老人之生活滿意與幸福感之影響,並以進行深入性探討其社會支持功能和社會網絡力量的運作情形,以提供中高齡者們有更優質的旅遊活動及更健康的生活態度。本研究方法採質化研究的深度訪談法,收集深度性的資料,訪談對象包含中高齡者、社群領導者、旅行業者和子女,共完成訪談25人。研究結果發現中高齡者的旅遊型態可分為四種,1.對社會支持有強需求且偏向團體旅遊的「社群依附型」;2.重視健康、寓健康於樂的「健康娛樂型」;3.擁有強烈自我意識、努力實現自我的「實現理想型」;4.重視自我休閒嗜好與人際關係的「怡然自得型」;此外歸納中高齡者之幸福休閒旅遊模式,內涵包括:1.合宜妥善的旅遊安排,2.融合在日常生活之中,3.多元的旅遊資訊,4.子女親友支持系統進入,5.中介社群團體媒介,以上即為本研究歸因之五種幸福休閒旅遊模式之因素。最後,本研究建議,希望政府除了關心陸客來台之外,更要重視本土中高齡者的旅遊規畫,希望能透過政策引導結合健康管理、休閒體驗和高齡友善城市計畫的旅遊型態,發展出不一樣的休閒市場。而中高齡者應保持身體健康並提前審視自我需求及生活型態,善用社會網絡來營建自我的支持系統,建構屬於自己的幸福旅遊模式。
This research aims to investigate the influence of tour participation on life satisfaction and feeling of well-being for the middle-aged and elderly in Taiwan, and delve deeply into the function of tour participation on social support and how the social network power of it operates, which provides a direction to higher quality tours and a healthier attitude toward life for the middle-aged and elderly. A qualitative research-based in-depth interview method is employed to collect in-depth data, wherein the total number of interviewees, including the middle-aged and elderly, community leaders, the travel agencies and children, is 25. The results indicate that the travel pattern for the middle-aged and elderly can be classified into four categories: (1) “community dependent” pattern, which relates to people having the strong desire for social support and favoring group tourism, (2) “health and entertainment” pattern relating to people emphasizing health, and combining health with recreation, (3) “ideal realization” pattern associated with those who possess a strong self awareness, (4) “happy and content” pattern relating to those who think highly of self leisure-time hobbies and interpersonal relationship. Additionally, connotations of the happy leisure travel pattern for the middle-aged and elderly in this research can be summarized as: 1. appropriate and properly tourism arrangement, 2. tourism merged into daily life, 3. multiple travel information, 4. children and relatives in favor of system support, 5. agent community media. Finally this research suggests that, in addition to concerning about mainland tourists to Taiwan, the government should pay more attention to travel planning for the local middle-aged and elderly, and develop a different leisure market through policy guidance leading to a travel pattern combining health management, leisure experience and elderly friendly city projects. On the other hand, the middle-aged and elderly should keep physical fit, review self demand and life pattern earlier, and make good use of social network to construct a self-support system and thus a self-happy travel model.
