由於資訊科技的發展引發資訊人才的迫切需求,帶動各大專校院廣設資訊相關學系,為使學校培育出符合業界所需的資訊人才,將透過校外實習的方式,使學生在學時先培養職場工作實務的運用,使理論與實務結合。 本研究旨在從學生參與校外實習後之校外實習滿意度調查中,分析校外實習是否能使學生從中達到學校辦理校外實習課程的目的,以提升就業競爭力。 本研究以立意抽樣方式進行問卷調查,研究對象為九十九至一零一學年度,桃園縣大專校院資訊管理系已完成實習之大學生,總計發放266份,回收229份,有效問卷212份。本研究發現如下: 一、學生經由校外實習課程訓練後,其預期的就業力有提升。 二、不同的工作分類之校外實習生,預期的就業力有顯著差異,且以「系統發展」的工作內容滿意度最高。 三、實習生普遍認同學校所辦理的實習課程及實習單位所安排的指導員,在校外實習訓練後提升使用資訊技術的實務能力及培養獨立自主精神;在行為改變上,其學會了職場應有之工作態度,實習後能提升其就業競爭力。
Development of information technology lead to the urgent needs of the Information talents, driven by each college to set up information related disciplines, schools cultivate the talent of the information required to meet the industry through off-campus internship, students at school before training in the job practical use, so that the combination of theory and practice. This study was designed from the students involved in off-campus internship satisfaction survey, analysis of off-campus internship whether to enable students from reach schools to apply for the purpose of off-campus internship, that is to enhance the employability and competitiveness. In this study, use purposive sampling, questionnaires, subjects were 99 to 101 academic year, Taoyuan County university or college in Department of Information Management has completed the internship college students, for a total issued of 266, 229 recycling, 212 valid questionnaires were. The findings as below: 1. Students through off-campus internship training, its expected employment force have been raised. 2. Different job classification of off-campus internship, the expected employment forces have significant difference, and "system development" work the highest satisfaction. 3. Interns generally agree that the school for the internship courses and internship company of arranged by the instructor, and enhance the practical use of information technology and foster an independent spirit; Behavior change, the learned of the workplace attitude, to enhance their employability and competitiveness.
