在現今線上遊戲於網路盛行的世代下,有許多的業者一直不斷的在提供消費者於線上遊戲的產品,因此也使得在其商業運作方式也不斷被改變,其也讓線上遊戲的產業結構漸漸掘於成熟,而在線上遊戲的產業上,現今已經吸引到了廣大的競爭者進入其市場。在此快速變遷的線上遊戲產業中,也讓業者在經營上需要考量到很多不同的經營因素,並且運用其關鍵成功的因素來發展其策略,藉此提高企業在經營上的成功。本研究利用模糊理論結合層級分析法,並且運用模糊層級分析法來進行線上遊戲關鍵成功因素指標的優先排序,藉此來找出台灣地區線上遊戲營運關鍵成功的因素,期能做為在企業未來發展策略之參考。經過本研究之研究結果我們可以發現,正確的市場定位與主配套措施、快速招募會員擴大經濟規模、規劃遊戲內容提升產品生命週期,為其在經營上最重要之關鍵成功因素。
Today's online games developed from many companies are constantly in the market. That’s providing consumers with online game play online game business operations and constantly changing, so that the online game industry structure has been gradually mature. Online games industry has attracted many competitors from entering. In this rapidly changing industry, making the online game makers need to consider many different factors operating business, and of its key success factors to develop key strategies to enhance the success of their business. In this study, the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(FAHP) to solve the problem in the traditional analytic hierarchy process, and the use of FAHP to the priority of the key success factors index online games to find in Taiwan online games operation of key success factors to the reference as a future development strategy. This study was found that the right market positioning and supporting measures, quickly recruiting new members to expand the economy, the planning game content to enhance the product life cycle for in the business the most important key success factors.
