摘要


台灣電信產業目前在競爭激烈且市場飽和的狀況下,雖然有新的客戶進來,但舊客戶的流失卻遠比新進的客戶還要高。如何協助行動業者面臨因顧客流失造成營收下降的壓力,於是,本研究利用統計分析及群組分佈,分析流失顧客的消費行為,找出客戶為何流失的主因,藉以提供行銷單位了解客戶為何會流失,以利慰留維繫客戶,並降低客戶流失。

Taiwan's telecommunications is a highly competitive and saturated market, but the churn of customers is more than new customers. How to assist the operator is facing revenues decline due to losing customers. The study is on the churn of 3G telecom customer behavior by Clustering and Statistical Analysis, to analysis he churn of 3G telecom customer behavior. It can identify which is customers the main factor for churning. Providing sales marketing department propose new marketing strategies for retaining customer, to reduce customer churn.
