近幾年來FPC(Flexible Printed Circuit) 可撓性印刷電路板技術成熟,加上中國大陸陸續崛起的工廠,全球的市場環境快速轉變下,企業本身也面臨需要快速提升競爭力,提升生產良率、提升生產效率以及縮短生產時間等為題。 本研究採個案研究方法探討廈門軟性印刷電路板製造廠H公司設計部門,透過作業流程創新來改善現有部門中所遇到的問題,並期望能達到三種目的;一、探討作業流程創新對設計部門的影響。二、探討個案所導入的新設計流程管理實際成效。三、提供FPC製造公司改善設計流程方向與建議。 本研究主要是透過設計課內部人員訪談及研究,來了解作業流程創新對於各個層級的人員的影響。以及公司在導入新做法之後部門的工時、良率、人員培訓及部門士氣四個方面的提升,使未來相關FPC產業設計部門皆可應用這套作業流程。
In recent years, due to maturity of Flexible Printed Circuit techniques, gradual growth number of factories in mainland china, and rapid changes of global markets, enterprise itself is forced to face those issues such as in urgent need of improving competitive ability, productive yield, productive efficiency and shortening producing time. The research is based on case analysis. We discuss all the problems that design department of xiamen Flexible Printed Circuit factory H meets while improving via the renovation of operating procedure. Besides, we expect this research could achieve the following three purposes: 1. Discuss the effect of operation procedure renovation on design department; 2, discuss the actual effect of the induction of new designed procedure management used by case; 3, provide advices to improve operation procedure for FPC product company. We conducted a survey and research of relevant internal staffs to understand the effect on renovation of operating procedure among staff from different levels and, in addition, the improvement of four aspects: working hours, yield, staff training and department morale after the induction of new methods. The proposed approach is expected to be adopted by all the relevant design department of Flexible Printed Circuit industry in the near future.
