不同產業的企業文化對資源規劃系統導入的差異化分析

摘要


隨著全球經濟的不景氣,企業之間面臨了嚴峻的考驗,許多企業希望藉由企業資源規劃系統的導入來達到企業回春的效果,但是根據前人許多的研究與案例顯示企業資源規劃系統導入的效果往往因為導入的時效性與成本的增加,使得成效不彰。 本研究已成立滿五年以上的企業的高階管理人、資訊專案管理人員、財務會計人員做為問卷施測的對象,來探討不同產業間之企業文化的形成是否有所差異,並更進一步探討企業文化對於企業資源規劃系統導入的差異分析,本研究先經由專家訪談的內容作為問卷設計的基礎與考量,進行問卷的設計與發放,並使用SPSS對回收的樣本進行統計分析、驗證本研究之假說。 研究結果顯示,不同產業的企業文化由於企業的人力需求不同與組成的結構亦有所不同,使得企業文化的形成也有顯著的差異,因為企業文化的差異使得企業的營運方向與方針也有所差異,因此企業對於企業資源規劃系統的功能需求與考量也有所不同,使得企業資源規劃系統再導入的時候有明顯的差異。

With the depression of global economy, enterprises face severe and many of them hope to rejuvenate themselves by introducing the Enterprise Resource Planning systems. However, the existing researches and cases indicate the effectiveness of the ERP systems introduced is not ideal due to the incremental time and cost. In this paper, all senior executives, information project management personnel and financial accountants with working years of more than five years are taken as the research subjects to explore differences in the forming of corporate culture of different enterprises, and also further analyze the differences of corporate cultures in introducing ERP system. In this paper, the author takes the contents of experts’ interviews as the basis and consideration of the questionnaire, so as to design and distribute the questionnaires, conduct the statistical analysis of the returned samples via SPSS and finally testify the hypothesis of this paper. The results show that due to different manpower demands and organization structure, different corporate cultures render remarkably differences in the formation of corporate cultures. Consequently, the operation orientation and policies are also different due to the various corporation cultures. Thus, enterprises lead to different function demands and considerations of the ERP systems in different enterprises, causing significant differences in introducing the ERP systems.
