摘要


在創業家創業的初始階段,機會辨識是很重要的第一步,在機會辨識的過程中,外部環境的不確定因素和創業家本身的規劃對於機會辨識所造成的影響,將會對之後企業發展在資源的收集、機會的實現,以及企業之後的營運穩定性造成影響。過去的文獻中,對於機會辨識的探討,著重在研究不同因子對於機會辨識所造成的影響,其中,大部份的文獻認為機會的辨識分為人為尋找和意外發現兩大類,兩者互相對立,但是本文認為,創業家創業的過程中根據不同的階段和情況下,機會的辨識有可能是人為和意外兩者共存的。另一方面,過去的研究對於機會辨識的機制和影響因子間的整合性研究較少,對於之後的創業過程也較少有完整的研究模型來解釋整個過程。 有鑑於此,本研究針對創業家的創業過程建構一個完整的研究模型。根據創業過程的性質分為起始期、擴張期和準成熟期等三階段,來研究創業家在機會辨識、實現和追求營運穩定性的互動過程。並利用個案研究來探討和驗證模型的準確性。本研究模型能提供創業家在未來創業的過程中,如何從外在環境辨識出更多機會,進而利用這些機會協助自身的創業規畫獲取更多資源,並對於未來企業發展在機會實現和營運穩定性上能有完整的概念。

In the star-up stage of entrepreneurship, opportunity identification is a crucial step in the beginning. The uncertainties of external environment and entrepreneur’s own planning will affect the opportunity identification process. These effect factors within the opportunity identification process will further influence firm’s development in resource allocation, opportunity realizing and pursuing stabilizing. The past research about opportunity identification focused on how different factors influence the opportunity identification. And the most of opportunity identification research are divided into two categories: a purposeful search and an accidental discovery. These two categories against to each other. However, in our research, we believe that the opportunity identification of purposeful search and accidental discovery can coexist in different stages and situations of firm’s developing process. On the other hand, a few past studies have comprehensive research about the interaction between influence factors and opportunity identification, and integration model to explain the whole entrepreneurship. The purpose of this study is to construct an integration model of the entrepreneurial process. Depending on the nature of entrepreneurial process is divided in to three stages: star-up stage, expansion stage, and premature stage. We use these three stages to study the interaction process between opportunity identification, opportunity realizing, and pursuing stable growth. We use case study to discuss and verify our business model. We try to establish a business model for entrepreneurs to provide a reference of their future entrepreneurship. These entrepreneurs can understand how to recognize more opportunities from the external environment and utilize these extra-opportunities to assist their own planning to acquire more resources. Entrepreneurs can have a comprehensive idea about opportunity realizing and pursuing stabilization of the firm’s development in the future.
