銀髮族對實體及虛擬社群使用價值評估之探索研究

社會上面臨兩大趨勢:高齡化和網際網路，銀髮族可以藉由網際網路的協助以促進成功老化，本研究中我們討論虛擬社群以及實體社群將帶給銀髮族哪些價值令其增進成功老化。本研究採用舉行五場小型焦點訪談以蒐集銀髮族對此兩種社群的意見與看法。根據期望確認理論的架構我們將歸納出受訪者對與兩社群的確認價值以及滿意程度。結果顯示受訪者認為實體社群的確任價值包含公益精神，學習，健康等。而虛擬社群的確認價值為聯繫，分享，了解年輕人，互動式溝通，關係等。再者，從訪談內容中我們發現兩種社群的關係為當受訪者參與實體社團時較願意使用虛擬社群，但是他們較沒有意願參加虛擬社團舉辦的實體活動。另外我們也整理銀髮族在虛擬社群上的行為。

When facing two trends of aging and internet, seniors can enhance successful aging by the assistant of internet. In this paper, we discuss the social networks, including online and offline, will bring what kinds of value for improving successful aging. We hold five mini focus groups to interview seniors to collect their points of views toward two social networks. Based on Expectation-Confirmation Theory, we integrate the confirmed values of two social networks and the level of satisfaction of two social networks. The results have shown the confirmed values of offline social network are public spirit, learning, and health. And the confirmed values of online social network are contact, sharing, understanding the young, interactive communication, and relationship. Moreover, we also find out the relationship between two social networks is that seniors are more willing to use online social networks when they join offline groups but less willingness to attend offline activities held by online groups. Also, from interview, we marshal several online behaviors of seniors.
