近年來因為雲端運算的快速蔓延,台灣許多產業陸續遭遇到不同的挑戰,而不斷地尋求創新機會,以期望能在一片紅海中大發雲端財;但以台灣商用軟體業來看,過去在銷售軟體所收取到的高額授權金,在未來的雲端服務中似乎再也看不到,若台灣商用軟體業仍以過去數十年的營業模式來因應雲端運算,將可能會遭受到淘汰的階段,因此台灣商用軟體業者該如何因應這樣的變化與挑戰,將是個重要的議題。 本研究以台灣ERP業者為研究對象,透過動態能力的觀點深入探討一個台灣ERP業者,分析該個案之轉變以因應環境的變化。在研究的過程中發現,該公司首先瞭解到市場的變化,從其中檢視機會並審視自身能力及特殊資產,以策略聯盟方式補足不足之處,整合協調內、外部資源,最後依雲端特性發展創新的營運模式,以因應雲端運算所帶來的挑戰,整個策略應用符合動態能力意涵。 最後本研究以研究結果提出個案公司面對雲端所進行的改變及相關建議,期望能為台灣業者參考之依據。
Because of the rapid spread of cloud computing in recent years, many industries in Taiwan are continuously seeking opportunities for innovation to make high profit when they were faced the different challenges; but look at Taiwan's commercial software industry, in sales of software charged to the high license, it seems no longer in the future of cloud services can not see, if Taiwan's commercial software industry is still in the past decades business model to cloud computing, may be subjected to out of the stage, so Taiwan's commercial software industry how to cope with this change and challenge, will be an important issue. In this study, the ERP industry in Taiwan as the research object, through the dynamic capability perspective depth study of an ERP industry, analysis of the case changes to cope with environment changes. Found in the course of the study, the company first learned that the changes in the market, from which to view the opportunity to examine our own abilities and special assets to make up for the inadequacies of strategic alliances, the integration and coordination within and external resources, and finally by the development of innovative cloud features mode of operation, in line with the dynamic capabilities meaning to the challenges posed in response to cloud computing, the entire policy application. In the last part, according to the findings and results, the study proposed some suggestion for the business model of commercial software industry in Taiwan to provide references.
