建置心臟內科加護病房遠距醫療之先趨研究

儘管醫學和資訊技術的進步，遠距加護病房（Tele-ICU）的遠距醫療技術，仍因醫療儀器的界面不同而受阻礙。建置一個有效的Tele-ICU模式，藉以提升偏鄉地區的醫療照護品質變得十分重要。本研究的目的，是提出一個新的心臟內科加護病房遠距醫療的模式，提升偏鄉重症心臟病人的照護品質。本論文會探討發展Tele-ICU會面臨的一些挑戰，包括：（1）生理參數的擷取和資料的傳遞；（2）病人的隱私及資訊的安全；和（3）醫院與醫院之間的醫療團隊合作。總而言之，本論文提出Tele-ICU的模式，期能夠對發展Tele-CCU，有參考價值的。

Despite of the progress on medicine and information technology, the telemedicine of intensive care unit (ICU) is impeded by heterogeneous data interfaces of modern medical instruments. It’s crucial to develop an effective tele-ICU model that can enhance medical quality of intensive cares for patients living in rural areas. The major objective of this study is to propose a new tele-ICU model for clinical cardiology. In this study, several challenges in developing tele-cardiology are discussed, including (1) the acquisition and delivery of vital signals; (2) the information security for patient privacy; and (3) the collaboration between on-site and remote-site medical and nursing members. In conclusion, this proposed tele-ICU model for cardiology can become a valuable reference on developing tele-CCU.
