隨著資訊科技與網路技術的發展迅速,使得競爭者的範圍擴大為全世界,虛擬企業組織形態也越來越普遍,另一方面為因應消費市場中產品生命週期日益縮短的現象,在產品開發到量產的各階段過程中也會出現頻繁的工程變更。本研究目的在於虛擬企業環境下利用企業應用系統整合方法建構工程變更的分析與決策模式,用以整合虛擬企業各組織成員間對於工程變更的資料,使資料格式一致、即時的提供平台系統存取並且擁有完整的歷史紀錄;同時針對工程變更的種類以及相關對應部門進行分析且建立工程變更決策模式,用以縮短決策時間以及提升決策正確性。為驗證本研究發展之資料階層之企業應用整合架構,本研究以某高科技公司代工廠之工程變更系統為例說明,透過系統平台整合各家代工廠工程變更資料,可提供管理者對於各項工程變更種類之決策依據,經由工變更分析與決策模式的建立,將使個案公司藉由明確的程序與流程定義幫助所有參與者了解,在落實於關卡的職責下,能夠更容易掌握與管理代工廠工程變更進度與資訊,提升工程變更之決策品質。最後由於本研究僅針對外包性質之虛擬企業特性進行實證研究,並利用SQL Server進行程式撰寫,未來研究也可嘗試使用其他軟體工具,或可針對不同產業、不同產品型態之虛擬企業進行研究。
With the rapid development of information and network technologies, more and more virtual enterprises form to cope with the world-wide competitive market, shorter product lifecycle and frequent engineering changes occurred in various stages of whole product lifecycle. The purpose of this research is to build up the analysis and decision model of engineering change by the methodology of enterprise application integration for virtual enterprises in order to make integrity of engineering change data between cross functional organizations, and also provide real-time and historical transparent data on the web-base platform; meanwhile, the categorized engineering change and clear responsible function team are defined to shorten the decision time and get better quality. In order to verify the data hierarchy of the framework of enterprise application integration, this research shows that a high-tech company engineering change system is proved to integrate various ODM/OEM vendors’ engineering change information through the system platform, which can provide managers better structured information for decision making. Through the establishment of the analysis and decision-making model of different engineering changes in the real case, it defines clear procedures and processes to help all participants understand the responsibilities of checkpoints of each stage, and it also improve the manageability and quality of engineering change process. The system implementation for virtual enterprise in the research can be adapted to other products or services of other virtual enterprise in other industries by other software tools in the future.
