以科技接受模式結合網站服務品質探討資訊系統之使用意向-以元智大學為例

摘要


本研究目的在於研究元智大學學生使用個人portal之使用意向,並且結合網站的服務品質探討元智大學個人portal系統的網站服務品質,本研究使用隨機調查法,以元智大學的學生為樣本,進行前測與後側的問卷調查,前測有效樣本為219份,後測有效樣本為230份,資料分析於前測使用了 進行信度的驗證,並且使用了探索性因素分析進行了效度的檢驗,於後測使用了驗證性因素分析進行信度與效度的驗證,並且使用了路徑分析了解網站的服務品質與資訊系統的使用意向,結果表明介面設計,功能性、效率、回應性會正向影響網站的服務品質,其解釋變異量為0.827,在使用態度方面,可以清楚的被課程內容設計、認知有用、認知易用、生活功能與個人資訊所解釋,其解釋變異量為0.744,結果表明系統能夠提供好的介面設計和一個可靠、穩定、有效率的資訊的系統可以提升網站的服務品質,並提升學生使用的意願。

With the rapid network development and the popularity of computers, the opportunity in using internet is getting more and more. The use of electronic teaching platform in many colleges is in a growing trend. This research aims to figure out the service quality of the website and the state of mind of the user. The technology acceptance model is a logical model proposed to explain and predict the user’s behavior. And the structure equation modeling is used to verify and illustrate the technology acceptance model. This study integrates the past literature and summarizes the relevant factors of the user of information systems. The study is based on the technology acceptance model to expand the proposed model and examines the causal relationship of the behavioral intention of Yuan Ze University Students who use the personal portal. The proposed model factors include perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, the user’s attitude, behavioral intention, etc. The external factors are course content design, life function and personal’s information. Finally, the factors of the quality of website’s service include interaction, user interface design, function, efficiency, responsiveness, etc. Responses from 240 Yuan Ze University students were used to test the proposed structural model.The results show that the hypothetical research framework is highly feasible.The data show that website service quality has a significant direct on perceived ease of use and usefulness.While perceived ease of use and usefulness are importance factors affecting the attitude of students using personal portal.
