對等式傳輸在長距離乙太被動式光纖網路架構 多媒體影音串流應用

摘要


隨著網路技術的普及,網路應用不斷的推陳出新,頻寬的需求日益增加,因此以光纖為介質的網路傳輸已成為未來最主要的傳輸方式。被動式光纖網路的出現,更大大降低光纖建置的成本,成為網路建置建立高頻寬傳輸架構的首選。 網際網路世代快速的交替,縮短了都會區與偏遠鄉下之間的差距。非都會區方面如服務距離延伸至100公里以上的長距離光纖網路Long-Reach PON(LR-PON) 。 本論文為降低資料傳輸到局端,採用對等式(Peer-to-Peer)傳輸方式,讓區域性的資料封包能夠透過我們所設計的長距離乙太被動式光纖網路(Long-Reach Ethernet Passive Optical Network, LR-EPON)架構,讓Remote Node(RN)先行過濾部分資料,以節省上傳的頻寬,並延伸到RN與RN之間互傳。 並搭配新提出動態頻寬分配(Dynamic Bandwidth Allocation, LR-DBA)演算法,讓資料延遲時間能降低,並有效的讓不同等級的資料封包,以設計的排程演算法傳輸,達到服務品質保證(Quality of Service, QoS)的目的。同時解決idle time 問題,增加可用頻寬。

With the popularity of network technologies, network applications continue to emerge, increasing demand for bandwidth, network transmission fiber as a medium has become the main means of transmission. Passive optical network, greatly reducing the cost of fiber build to become the preferred network build high-bandwidth transmission architecture. Internet generation fast alternately shorten the gap between metropolitan areas and remote countryside. Non-metropolitan areas such as service distance is extended to more than 100 km long-distance fiber-optic network of Long-Reach PON (The LR-PON). This paper in order to reduce the data transmission to the central office, using peer-to-peer (Peer-to-Peer) transmission, which allows regional data packets to the design of long-distance Ethernet passive optical network (Long-Reach is Ethernet Passive optical Network LR-EPON) architecture, and Remote Node (RN) to filter some of the information first in order to save the upload bandwidth, and extends to the mutual transfer between the RN and RN. And with a new dynamic bandwidth allocation (Dynamic Bandwidth Allocation, The LR-DBA) algorithm, the data delay time can be reduced, and effective for different levels of data packets, the scheduling algorithm in order to design transmission, to achieve service quality assurance (Quality of Service, QoS) purposes. While addressing the idle time, increasing the available bandwidth.
