本論文是以作者本身在公司內部所經歷的情況,來分析壽險公司在銀行保險通路的經營策略,如何以最有效益的方式來經營並建立雙贏? 銀行與壽險公司看似是不同的金融機構,但其業務上合作已有許多時日,壽險公司本身擁有數個經營的通路,諸如:業務員通路、保經保代通路、銀行保險通路..等,對壽險公司來說都是分散其經營的風險。 其中銀行保險通路則是近6年來掘起的新型態經營方式,且在2012年已佔所有通路的61%的營收,所有壽險公司都在此激烈競爭,本論文研究探討全球人壽銀行保險通路根據過去的經驗,進而以區域IA的經營策略在銀行通路發展,其間面臨眾多問題,但都一一解決,最後共創雙贏的探討。
