基於HTML5的行動式DICOM醫學影像及心電圖瀏覽器

A Mobile DICOM Image & ECG Viewer Based on HTML5 Technique

摘要


本研究透過在行動裝置上的Google Chrome App瀏覽器,接收雲端PACS系統上的DICOM醫學影像及心電圖檔案以及病歷資訊。此系統運用HTML5語法建置醫學影像顯示平臺,使用者可存取架構於雲端PACS裡的DICOM檔案資訊,並於 Web 平臺顯示出DICOM或DIOCM ECG影像。此系統也可在行動裝置中進行影像對比明亮度調整、量測與放大縮小等功能。本系統以HTML5語法建置,所以可不受iOS與Android平臺限制。除此之外,智慧型手機與平板電腦越來越普遍,以及攜帶方便的多項優點,可讓醫生更為方便、即時地診斷醫學影像。

In this study, a Mobile system is developed to retrieve image and ECG based DICOM files from the Cloud PACS System, and then redirect these files into the mobile based medical image viewing device which is built under the regulation of HTML5 on the Google Chrome browser. Physicians can query DICOM files, and view image ECG on this developed web system. Physicians can measure, zoom in/out, and adjust the brightness through this web platform. Because of the system is built under the regulation of HTML5, it breaks the limitation of different platforms such as iOS and Android. By making use of the advantages, such as portable and low cost, physicians can diagnose DICOM files more timely, and effective.
