生涯發展一直被企業及員工所重視,但在相關研究中,對於員工生涯發展規劃卻很少著墨,本研究目的在於提供參考條件供員工未來生涯發展規劃。 本研究以C科技公司中、高階主管為研究對象,利用訪談、記錄方式,了解其認知擔任公司中、高階主管遭遇人生轉捩點時其所需關鍵成功因素為何?管理職能為何?並提供晉升流程建議作為員工未來生涯規劃依循參考方向。 經本研究後發現,C公司製造廠中、高階主管其所認知生涯轉捩點(Turning Point)為課副理及部經理是關鍵職務(Key Position)。影響關鍵職務(Key Position)成功因素項目為專業知識能力、語文能力、經歷及學歷。另外於關鍵職務中其管理職能顯示所接觸研發專業及製造專業越廣泛越深入,對於製造廠中成就個人生涯轉捩點(Turning Point)越有幫助。
The career development has been valued by businesses and employees, but for planning rarely be discussed in related study, the purpose of this study is to provide the reference condition for career development of employees in future. The objects investigated of this study are executive managerial position in C company, using interviews and records to understand what are the manage ability to need in their life turning point when in executive managerial position. The result can provide a reference to career development of employees and suggestion of promotion flow. Through this study, they think as a section assistant manager and manager is a key position in their turning point. The affection of the key position includes professional knowledge, language ability, experience and degree in school. Besides, the management competency characteristic can show when major in research and manufacture more wide and more depth in key position, it is more helpful in personal own life turning point.
