高效能叢集電腦系統已經在許多研究領域中成為必備的工具,計算資源的需求也隨著問題的複雜化而不斷遽增。傳統的佇列資源管理系統並不能在系統過載時做最有效的資源分配,本研究以基因演算的特性應用於此問題的解決。透過一連串的實驗設計,得到了本研究的具體結論。在固有的計算環境中,創造了更多的資源。
High performance cluster computing is an essential tool for scientific research. Tradition method to manage those jobs that are in the queue waiting state depends on the rank of the job submit time or a ticket from system administrator. By means of series experimental design, genetic algorithm presents its power and fitness of this kind problem. In fact, under limited resources computing environment, to increase operation rate is better than much more investments.
