摘要


此篇論文應用LabVIEW 透過網際網路作為資料的傳遞媒介,以達到遠端監控的方式,並且實際利用LabVIEW 與PLC 連線來監控 PLC 的運作情形,並且把監控所得的資料傳送至遠方電腦,且遠端電腦可以依自己的需求切換所需要的資料。 統計製程管制(Statistical Process Control; SPC)是工業界為了減少製程或產品之變異以及提升製程能力而使用之品質管制工具。本論文利用 SPC 製程管制,找出影響產品特性參數的重要製程,在製程中利用 SPC 加以監控,當發生異常時,將問題反饋,找出真因並立即改善。並針對偏光膜生產製程,進行全面性有效管理,提升製程的穩定性及產品品質,最終能使滿足客戶需求及降低生產成本,達成最佳的生產績效。

This thesis has been applied LabVIEW regarded as the transmission media of the data through the internet network. It can be reaching and monitoring controlling at a distance, controlling the operation situation of PLC with LabVIEW on line by way of PLC, supervising to control conveyed to the many computers of distant place by the data, and switching over the necessary data according to one's own demand. Statistical Process Control (SPC) is widely utilized in industry to reduce the process variability or enhance the product quality. This thesis uses SPC process control to find the key steps which will affect the product characteristics parameters most. SPC method was used to monitor the production procedure. When any abnormity happens, we need to find the causes and to correct it immediately. Hence, we focus on the polarizing film production procedure, and executing overall effective control to improve the process stability and product quality. The final goal is to meet customer need and reduce the production cost to achieve the best product performance.
