藥學倫理觀之探究以醫院為例

藥學教育應強調以病人為中心之學習課程，以培養出深思熟慮的藥學事業人才，以具備面對社會上可能的醫療挑戰，評估並改善當前各種業務的能力，建立正確態度以及價值觀。為完成此重要使命，藥師就必須並駕齊驅的同步發展相關的藥事執業訓練、藥事服務的技術、藥事專業的標準規範和行政相關的藥事法規。對於先進藥物的知識與專業技術方法以及用藥物治療都是需要加強的個人學習重點。本研究茲就其具體研究內容陳述、併列如下：一、了解醫院藥師對藥學倫理的認知二、了解醫院藥師對醫療環境的認知三、了解醫院藥師對相關倫理議題的看法研究結論顯示：一、專業藥師倫理的影響：藥師年齡越大較年輕者具有較高的專業藥師倫理，而服務年資越久者較資歷淺者舉有較高的專業藥師倫理。二、醫療環境認知的影響：藥師性別、教育程度、年齡都與醫療環境認知無顯著相關。三、倫理議題的影響：有宗教信仰的藥師對認同墮胎，反對安樂死。四、藥師的壓力來源與藥師倫理遵守的高低和環境認同的多寡有相對應之巧妙。本研究雖僅對醫院藥師的藥學倫理觀做初探，希望提出的結果可供實務界與教育界參考。

Pharmacy education stress that learning course should be patient centered, in order to train up pharmacist that is able to think thoroughly. Also able to face any challenge from the society, and able to evaluate and improve any task hand down to them. They also should be trained to have a correct attitude and value. To accomplish this mission, pharmacist should learn pharmacy training, pharmacy service technique, and pharmacist working standard regulation at the same time. Individual also must update their pharmacy knowledge and technique all the time.。The aims of this study are to understand: 1) hospital pharmacist’s pharmacy ethic cognition, 2) hospital pharmacists medical environment cognition, 3) hospital pharmacists view on related medical ethic issues. Results: 1) Professional pharmacist ethic were affected by: more elderly pharmacists having higher Professional pharmacist ethic, 2) Medical environment cognition: sex, age and educational level showed no correlation with medical environment cognition, 3) Medical ethic issues: those with religious belief agreed on abortion and against euthanasia, 4) Pharmacist source of pressure was correlated interestingly with how strict the pharmacist followed their pharmacy ethic rule and with their medical environment cognition. This survey covers only pharmacists working in the hospital. Hope that the results can of value to clinical pharmacists and pharmacy education on pharmacy ethic, which still receive little attention.
