護理人員使用電子交班系統之看法

摘要

本研究旨在瞭解護理人員對使用行動電子交班系統之看法與感受。採立意取樣，以質性研究焦點團體訪談法收集資料，以半結構式訪談指引進行三組團體訪談，共17位護理人員參與，研究資料以內容分析法進行資料分析。歸納出四大主題，一、交班系統的適應；二、交班系統資料的完整性；三、交班工作簡化；四、軟硬體機能問題。本研究結果說明行動電子交班系統能連結病人資料達到交班訊息的即時性，並能簡化交班資料的整理時間與交班時間，提升交班效率。建議交班系統推行時規劃完整的教育訓練，來指導人員使用交班系統，縮短系統操作的適應期，增加交班系統與其他系統的整合，同時網路設備的穩定度、良好的軟硬體維修以及病人資料的隱私性，是行動電子交班系統設置需考量的重點。

The aim of this study was investigate the opinions and perception of nursing staffs on the implementation of the mobile electronic shift report system. This research applied a qualitative research design with a purposive sampling method. Semi-structured interview guide was adopted in focus groups for data collection. A total of three focus groups (17 nurses) were conducted.The transcripts were analyzed using content analysis. Four major themes were found: 1. The adaptation of The electronic shift report system; 2.The integrity of the information in the electronic shift report system；3. The simplification of shift-report ; 4. Functional issues of hardware and software. This study showed that mobile electronic shift system could provide instant messages via linking
to the patient database and simplify the time for shift report by enhancing the efficiency of information management. Several Recommendations were made. First, a thorough training program before system implementation was needed for shortening the adaptation period. Second, system modifications should be based on nurses’ feedbacks to promote the integration of different systems. Third, the implementation of the system should consider the stability of internet network, the maintenance
of the software and hardware, and patient privacy.
