創作性戲劇策略融入性別平等教育:以國中八年級表演藝術課程為例

摘要


中文摘要   本研究焦點為:探討創作性戲劇教學策略融入性別平等教育課程之可能性。藉由創作性戲劇課程架構進行兩性關係的議題探討,在戲劇的創作歷程,藉由肢體活動、角色扮演、議題討論、劇本創作中引導學生主動思考,同儕互相學習,取代教師以上對下的宣導,企圖打破學生對性別的刻板印象,建立健全的自我概念,培養兩性平等的價值觀。藉由女性主義教育學觀點省思教學,尋找新的教師角色與學生學習的方法。根據研究歷程的觀察與省思,提升性別平等教育課程的課程效能,啟動未來對於兩性教育課程設計的新思維,作為日後實行教學之參考。   本研究採用行動研究法,以研究者任教之國中八年九班學生為研究對象,實施為期十四週、三階段之探討性別平等議題之表演藝術課程;透過協同研究者課程觀察記錄表、研究者教學反思札記與學生回饋單和學習單三方資訊,進行研究探討與分析。 研究結果發現: 一、創作性戲劇可做為一種討論的方法進行議題討論教學。 二、性別平等教育課程教學現場新的學習方法。 三、透過創作性戲劇策略激發學生對性別角色的重新詮釋。   最後,研究者依據研究結論進行探討,分別依據教學者、學校行政、政府機關與後續研究者給予建議,以作為未來性別平等教育教學和之後研究之參考。

Abstract This study intends to evaluate the possibility of blending creative drama teaching strategies into gender equity educational program. Instead of lecturing by teachers, students learn how to active thinking and learn from each other throughout the processes, physical activities, role playing, issue discussion ,and script writing, of drama creating. This implementation is expecting to help students break up gender stereotype, build up healthy and comprehensive self-understanding and establish value of gender equity. Rethinking education with feminist pedagogy is a mean to find new roles for teacher and creative ways for student to learn. This study is aimed to serve as a practical basis to enhance the effectiveness of gender equity education programs and activate future gender education program innovative design. This study conducted action research method with eighth and ninth grade students of researcher as objects. The research period is fourteen weeks with three segmentations of study on gender equity aiming performance art class. By combining teacher’s class observation, researcher’s teaching record analysis and student’s feedback and survey, primary results are as follow: i. Creative drama could be a way of conducting issue discussion and education. ii. This is an innovative way of gender equity education. iii. Creative drama stimulates students to rethink and redefine gender roles.      In conclusion, according to the result, this study provides reference for teachers, schools and administrators to conduct future gender equity education and research.
