社區與藝術-藝術進入社區之發展型態

摘要


社區總體營造工作一開始便以文化藝術活動作為市民動員起步。雖然透過各種方法營造社區,但是在觀念和做法的推動上仍有其限制。像過去社區經常舉辦藝文展覽活動,然而活動結束後,對社區帶來的影響與效益卻只限於短期之間。於此之際,藝術在社區的變遷與發展值得關注,但是國內相關研究至今仍相當缺乏。基於上述背景因素,引發研究進一步探討動機。 社區總體營造的推動是促使藝術進入社區的開始。研究將以此為探討起點,透過藝術營造社區的幾項文化政策以及理論論述進行初步描繪。文獻回顧以公共藝術計畫與社區取向藝術教育為切入點,以了解藝術如何進入社區?同時對其源起及發展概況作一釐清。為了解藝術進入社區現有相關案例,研究整理社造政策進行最初1994年至2007年間,以當代藝術營造社區的案例,並做類型分析,同時針對藝術家與居民互動的型態與方式歸納出三種類型。分別為教育型、創作型與合作型,從三種型態中分別提出一個代表案例,以了解每個類型個案間如何促使社區凝聚共識、達到自主營造。 藝術進入社區的類型區分,對社區總體營造未來推動上有其參考價值,例如個案規劃時便能依據社區狀況給予建議。對美術館而言,若規劃具社區營造目的的藝術教育活動時,也能作為其參考。

Community development was begun by Arts and cultural activities. Although,Government use variety of tactics to develop communities, there is still have restrict in Concept and practice. For example, Government held an exhibition in communities. Nevertheless, it doesn’t have enough influence and beneficial result after the exhibition. For this reason, we can take notice of arts transition and change in communities. Nevertheless, this kind of research is still lacks that result in researchers attempted to go a step further. Community development was begun to make. Therefore, research was start from this policy. Through Culture policy and theory to depicts the outline. Literature review main theme of discussion was Public arts and Art education. That was in order to understand how to make Arts into communities? In the meantime, Research wants to point out original and development of Arts into communities. Research was sort out some case of Community development in 1994-2007 and included type analysis. This study worked out three patterns which is indicate Interaction mode of artist and communities. Three patterns are as follow education pattern、artistic creation pattern、cooperation pattern, Research will separate representative case of three patterns. In order to understand how to make Communities have more Consensus? Artistic type discriminate has value for Community development moving. such as give suggest when plan communities activities. At same time, Art Museum has more clear and definite to plan Art education activities for communities.
