本研究目的在探討護理人員情緒勞務負擔與工作滿足感之相關性及其影響因素,為一橫斷式相關性研究,採方便取樣,研究對象為服務於南部某醫學中心之臨床護理人員,以普查方式進行,共發出問卷750份,有效回收率為79.5%。研究工具採結構式問卷,內容包括:(1)個人基本資料表、(2)情緒勞務負擔量表、(3)工作滿足量表。所得資料以t-test、oneway ANOVA、Scheffee’s 事後檢定及Pearson’s product-moment correlation進行分析。 研究結果發現臨床護理人員:(1)情緒勞務負擔平均得分為101.8 分(總分125分,得分範圍50至125分)。(2)工作滿足感平均得分為72.3(總分為100分,得分範圍34至100分)(3)情緒勞務負擔與工作滿足達統計上顯著正相關。在情緒勞務負擔之影響因素方面,服務年資與「整體情緒勞務負擔」構面有顯著相關,而年齡、有無子女、婚姻狀況、服務年資、擔任職務、服務單位則與「基本的情緒表達」具顯著性相關。在工作滿足之影響因素方面,有無子女、婚姻狀況、擔任職務、服務單位與「內在滿足」、「外在滿足」、「整體滿足」呈顯著性相關。根據研究結果,研究者提出對護理行政管理者及未來研究之相關建議。
The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationships between emotional labor and related factors among clinical nurses. A cross-sectional, correctional coefficient design was used. Convenient sampling was employed to recruit 750 clinical nurses from a medical center in southern Taiwan. The questionnaires include three parts:(1) personal information,(2) emotional labor scale, and (3) job satisfaction scale. The results of this study showed: (1) the average score of emotional labor is 101.8 (scoring range from 50 to 125 points), (2) the average score of job satisfaction is 72.3(scoring range from 34 to 100 points) and (3) there is a significantly positive relationships between emotional labor and job satisfaction among clinical nurses. As for the related factors of emotional labor, the result indicated : working years was significantly related to “total emotional labor” aspect; age, with children or not, marriage, working years, working position and working unit were significantly related to “basic emotional expression”aspect. The related factors of job satisfaction showed: with children or not, marriage, working position and working unit were significantly related to all aspects of job satisfaction. The researcher provided some suggestions on nursing administration future studies.
