由於全面品質管理的實施是否有利於高科技產業的創新發展,一直是令大眾關注的議題。然而從不同地區的研究結果顯示,全面品質管理的實施是有助於提升公司的創新績效,但並不一定具有直接的影響效果。本研究主要在探討全面品質管理與全面創新管理在高科技產業中對其創新績效影響之關係,並將組織學習作為兩者之中介變數,探討其是否有助於提升高科技產業的創新績效。此外,也少有實證研究是以高科技產業之組織學習作為中介變項並加以研究探討全面品質管理、全面創新管理與其在高科技產業中對創新績效的影響做為完整性的探討。 因此,本研究參考全面創新管理、全面品質管理、組織學習與創新績效等各相關文獻及其衡量量表後,針對台灣高科技產業之公司主管階層等相關管理人員進行發放問卷,總共發出500份問卷,有效回收問卷共168份,有效回收率為33.6%。接著經由敘述性統計分析、信度與效度分析、結構方程模式分析與平均數分析等統計分析方法,驗證本研究之假設。透過研究分析結果,本研究獲得以下結論:高科技產業之(1)全面創新管理對於全面品質管理有顯著正向影響;(2)全面品質管理對組織學習有顯著正向影響;(3)全面品質管理對創新績效有顯著正向影響;(4)全面創新管理對組織學習有顯著正向影響;(5)全面創新管理對創新績效有顯著正向影響;(6)組織學習對創新績效有顯著正向影響;(7)全面品質管理透過組織學習之中介效果對創新績效有顯著正向影響;(8)全面創新管理透過組織學習之中介效果對創新績效有顯著正向影響。
Due to the implementation of total quality management is conducive to innovation and development of the high-tech Industry; it has been the subject of public concern. However, from different regional of the study results show that implementation of total quality management helps to improve the innovation performance of the industry, but it doesn't necessarily have a direct effect. The main purposes of the study were to investigate total innovation management (TIM) and total quality management (TQM) effect on the innovation performance of the high-tech Industry, and organizational learning as a mediator between TIM and TQM, explore its help to improve innovation performance of the high-tech Industry. In addition, it is a less common case study of the high-tech Industry as secondary variables of organizational learning and discussion on total innovation management, total quality management and its impact on the innovation performance of the high-tech Industry for the integrity of the study. Therefore, this study refers to total innovation management, total quality management, organizational learning and innovation performance, and other relevant documents and after measuring scale, high-tech Industry in Taiwan executives strata managers, such as the issuance of questionnaires, and issued a total of 500 questionnaires, effective recovery of the questionnaire a total of 168, effective recovery rate is 33.6%. Through descriptive statistics analysis, validity analysis, reliability analysis, structural equation model analysis and the analysis of mean statistical analysis methods, verify the hypothesis in this study. After research analysis results, this research obtained following conclusions: 1.High-tech Industry of total innovation management has a positive direct impact on total quality management. 2.High-tech Industry of total quality management has a positive direct impact on organization learning. 3.High-tech Industry of total quality management has a positive direct impact on innovation performance. 4.High-tech Industry of total innovation management has a positive direct impact on organization learning. 5.High-tech Industry of total innovation management has a positive direct impact on innovation performance. 6.High-tech Industry of organization learning has a positive direct impact on innovation performance. 7.High-tech Industry of total quality management through organization learning of intermediary effect has a positive direct impact on innovation performance. 8.High-tech Industry of total innovation management through organization learning of intermediary effect has a positive direct impact on innovation performance.
