藥局開業藥師創業關鍵要素之研究

摘要


本研究以藥局、人格特質、創業關鍵要素、層級分析法等相關研究作為理論基礎,其主要目的是探討藥局開業藥師創業關鍵要素(四大構面與八個關鍵要素)。此外,本研究採用AHP問卷,選擇15位藥局開業藥師為研究對象,透過層級分析法測量藥局開業藥師創業關鍵層級結構中,各構面與關鍵要素的重要性以及優先次序。 本研究AHP問卷分析結果:(1)第一層級四大構面以「創業能力」的權重值最高(0.360),其次依序為:「社會溝通」(權重值為0.216)、「創業動機」(權重值為0.213)以及「人格特質」(權重值為0.211);(2)在第二層級八個關鍵要素中,排名前五名的關鍵要素依序為:「機會發掘與評估」(權重值為0.237)、「內控型人格特質」(權重值為0.175)、「拉式創業動機」(權重值為0.166)、「人際溝通能力」(權重值為0.164)以及「創業資源掌握」(權重值為0.123)。

The literature review was based on pharmacy, personality traits, key factors of entrepreneurial and analysis hierarchy process, and the main purpose of this study was to discuss the key factors of entrepreneurial in opening pharmacist (there were four dimensions and eight factors). In addition, this study selected fifteen opening pharmacist, and applied AHP questionnaire to measure the relative weights and priority order from entrepreneurial key factor hierarchical framework in opening pharmacist. The results of this study were following: 1.There were four dimensions in opening pharmacist entrepreneurial key factors model. The top dimension was “entrepreneurial ability” (weight was 0.360), the second and third dimensions were “social communication” (weight was 0.216) and “entrepreneurial motivation” (weight was 0.213). The last dimension was “personality traits” (weight is 0.211). 2.There were eight key factors in opening pharmacist entrepreneurial key factors model. The top five key factors were “opportunity development and evaluation” (weight is 0.237), “internal locus of control personality traits” (weight is 0.175), “pull motivation” (weight is 0.166), “interpersonal communication” (weight is 0.164), and “entrepreneurial resources” (weight is 0.123).
