營建作業事故災害一直高居職業災害之第一位,實有必要針對此作業進行分析與探討,並提出有效之改善對策,方能有效降低其災害。本研究針對施工架從各類型職災案例、政府法規、學術資料及防止職業災害諸文獻中,逐步探討組配施工架與局限空間作業流程之每個步驟,來分析其教育訓練的有效性。研究發現教育訓練唯有透過組配施工架與局限空間作業之實際操作,方能了解每個步驟之重要性,進而達到安全組配施工架與局限空間作業之目的。本研究針對每個步驟以實際操作之探討提出重要參考資料及注意事項以做為未來施工架實務教學之參考依據。其中發現過去從未有拆解施工架之作業及流程說明,以致常常發生施工架之拆解時之意外事故,故本研究之提出,希望未來能有效降低此類事故之發生。而局限空間作業時,則要注意探測器偵測管線長度之重要性,因為其造成之延遲時間往往會造成作言勞工之誤判,以致引起中毒或火災爆炸事故,因此亦有必要將此事向列為侷限空間之必要注意事項。
