As global warming is becoming a more serious problem, green and environmental conservation concepts are receiving attention from the public. Various governments have established environmental conservation regulations, and corporations have also engaged in further research for green management. This study focuses on project management for a preliminary green framework, so that project management can be greener in the administrative process. This study uses secondary data collection for literature review and the Magic School of Green Technology for case analysis, making green project management more concrete. Research results show that green project management has a chance to become an important basis for future corporate development, allowing management to progress to a new milestone.
