摘要

隨著全球暖化問題日益嚴重，綠色環保意識紛紛受到眾人的注重，不僅各國政府制定相關環保規範外，企業們也紛紛針對綠色管理做進一步的研討；本研究著重針對專案管理提供一個綠色的初步框架，使專案管理在執行過程中更加的綠色環保。研究方法主要使用次級資料收集和以綠色魔法學校為個案，在相關文獻及個案分析下互相探討，使綠色專案管理更加具體化。研究結果顯示，綠色專案管理有機會成為未來企業發展的重要依據，也讓管理邁進一個新的里程碑。

As global warming is becoming a more serious problem, green and environmental conservation concepts are receiving attention from the public. Various governments have established environmental conservation regulations, and corporations have also engaged in further research for green management. This study focuses on project management for a preliminary green framework, so that project management can be greener in the administrative process. This study uses secondary data collection for literature review and the Magic School of Green Technology for case analysis, making green project management more concrete. Research results show that green project management has a chance to become an important basis for future corporate development, allowing management to progress to a new milestone.
