臺灣肢體障礙保齡球選手運動參與動機與阻礙因素之研究

摘要

本研究主要是瞭解臺灣肢體障礙保齡球選手之現況及不同的人
口變項統計之參與動機與阻礙因素是否有差異，本研究採問卷調查
法，以臺灣肢體障礙保齡球選手為對象為對象，並以「肢障保齡球選
手運動參與動機量表」和「肢障保齡球選手運動阻礙因素量表」為研
究工具，回收70 份有效問卷，以SPSS for Windows 12.0 版統計套裝
軟體進行分析與比較，並獲得以下之結論：
一、本研究之參與動機因素構面可分為健康適能、自我成就、社會需
求因素。阻礙因素構面可分為運動資源、個人因素、社會因素。
二、研究結果發現在運動年資上5-8 年高於1-3 年，在「健康適能」、
「自我成就」、「社會因素」三個因素皆有顯著差異；平均月運動
費用2,001 元-3,000 元高於1,000 元以下，在「個人因素」、「社
會因素」二個因素有顯著差異。
三、肢障保齡球選手運動參與動機與阻礙因素之間有顯著負相關，且
兩者間互有影響。建議我應重視身心障礙選手的運動權，建立身
心障礙運動完整的訓練架構來培訓競技運動的身心障礙選手。

This research aims to explore the current trend of disable tenpin
bowling in Taiwan, and to investigate the relationship between disable
players’ motivation and constraint. Statistical methodology was used as
intermediary tools to analyze all factors which may affect disable tenpin
bowling players. Questionnaires are divided into two parts to evaluate
players’ motivation and constraint; moreover, all data were analyzed via
“SPSS for Windows 12.0”to discriminate the relationship between all
factors. The conclusions of this research are as following：
1. The predictors of motivation in this study included physical fitness,
self-achievement, and social demand. The Constraint consists of
sport resource, individual factor, and social factor.
2. The study outcomes indicated physical fitness, self-achievement,
and social factor were significantly related to players’ experience.
Besides that, individual factor and social factor were significantly
related to players’ monthly cost.
3. Motivation of disable tenpin bowling players were significantly
negative related to their constraint.
The research outcomes provide a valuable reference for sport
administrative units to pay much attention to disable players’ sport rights,
and to establish a completed training system to cultivate disable players.
