台南縣慈輝班學生自我概念與生活適應之相關研究

The Study of Relationships between Self-concept and Life-adjustment for Students with the Cih-Huei Class of Yong Ren Junior High School in Tainan County

摘要


本研究旨在了解台南縣慈輝班學生自我概念與生活適應之現況;不同背景變項對自我概念、生活適應是否有差異及自我概念與生活適應之間的是否有相關。除了統計分析量化問卷方式,不只看數據及表面效度外,係以在學校教書多年的經驗及曾與慈輝班學生多次接觸,有深度的敏感度及足夠能力足以解釋,及帶質性敏感分析的半行動研究。研究對象為就讀於台南縣永仁國中98學年度上學期一到三年級慈輝班全部學生為母群體,飽和選樣共有17位,具有統計上的意義。經由研究者親自問卷所得出有效問卷以獲得相關資料,問卷普查率為100%,運用SPSS17統計套裝軟體加以統計分析。茲將研究結果歸納如下: 一、慈輝班學生在自我概念六個層面:學校我、能力我、家庭我、生理我、情緒我、學業我等方面的能力均具有中等程度的發展且較偏正向。其中以「學校我」最佳,其次是「能力我」,而以「學業我」、「情緒我」為差。 二、慈輝班學生在生活適應中五個層面:學習適應、常規適應、師生適應、同儕適應及社會適應等方面的能力均具有中上程度的發展且較偏正向。其中以「社會適應」方面的情形最佳,在「同儕適應」方面的發展狀況最差。 三、不同性別、年級、家庭教養方式的慈輝班學生在自我概念與生活適應沒有顯著差異,但在「能力我」則女生優於男生。另外在「學習適應」、及「常規適應」層面則女生優於男生。 四、研究發現在「內在我」與生活適應相關性佔最重要,但「外在我」與生活適應相關性比較差,表示關聯度不高,有待繼續討論。在研究中待解釋的發現,在專制權威型家庭教養方式其自我概念中「情緒我」最佳;「情緒我」越好但其生活適應越差,此與理論不相符合尚待研究。 五、整體自我概念及五個層面均和慈輝班學生生活適應具有顯著的正相關。 六、最後根據研究結果對於家長、學校、社工、相關單位及未來研究者提供建議。

This purpose of the study is to understand self-concept and life adjustment of the students in Cih-Huei class in Tainan county and to analyze the relationships among the students’ gender, grade, family rearing styles, family socioeconomic status, self-concept, and life adjustment in the same class. Finally, according to the findings, put forward specific proposals as references, which are conducive to the relevant parents, schools and social workers units to help the students in Cih-Huei class and do further research in the future. In addition to statistical analysis of quantitative questionnaire, does not look data, and face validity-givers, the researcher in order to teach in schools many years of experience and has worked with students in the class Cih-Huei numerous contacts, in-depth sensitivity and sufficient capacity sufficient to explain, and with qualitative sensitivity analysis of semi-action research. The saturation sampling a total of seventeen students in Cih-Huei class from Yong Ren junior high school in the first semester of the 98th year. The questionnaires used in the study included “Self-concept Scale for teenagers” and “Social life adjustment scale for teenagers” for further statistics analysis, including descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA and Pearson product-moment correlation methods to understand the self concept and life adjustment of status in Cih-Huei class in Tainan county. The findings of the study showed: 1. The abilities of self-concepts including school-self, ability-self, family-self, physiology-self, emotion-self and schoolwork-self of the students in Cih-Huei class are average and are partial positive. The clearest ability is school-self; the second is ability-self; the schoolwork-self and emotion-self are more negative. 2. The abilities of life adaptation including learning adjustment, adaptation of regulation, adaptation between teachers and students, adaptation of peers and so on are above the average and are partial positive . The best situation is social adjustment and the negative development situation is adaptation of peers. 3.Different gender, grade and family rearing styles of the students in Cih-Huei class showed no differences in their self-concept and adjustment, but female showed higher percentages of ability-aspect ,learning adjustment and adaptation of regulation than male . 4. In the "inner me" and living to adapt to account for the most important, but "external I" and living to adapt to relatively negative , indicating a high correlation is not subject to further discussions. To be explained in the study found that in the autocratic authority of the type family rearing patterns of their self-concept "emotional I" best; "emotional I" to adapt their lives better, but negative , this does not coincide with the theoretical, this to be in the study. 5.There was apparent positive correlation among whole self-concept with five levels and students’ life adjustment in Cih-Huei class. 6. Finally, according to the outcome from the study, recommendations were provided for the students, parents, school, social worker units, and future researchers.
