台南市國小一到三年級直排輪課後社團學童運動傷害調查研究

摘要


本研究針對台南市國小1至3年級直排輪課後社團的學童進行運動傷害研究,研究以問卷調查來進行,統計分析則以卡方檢定、獨立樣本t檢定及獨立樣本單因子變異數分析來完成。結果發現:一、參與調查的課後直排輪社團分屬14間學校,教練均為外聘;參與者以男性學童較多,學童身高屬中等至中高等級,體重百分等級在35%到65%間,參加直排輪資歷多為4至8個月且以興趣為主。二、學童受傷發生率為0.14次/人;男性發生傷害者高於女性;身體左右側受傷次數無顯著差異;傷害類型都為新傷;受傷部位前二名分別為膝、肘關節;各類傷害以擦傷為主;受傷時機全部為練習時;受傷當下處理方式主要為不理會與休息;受傷後就醫方式以家長親人自行處理或將其送至醫院為主。三、學童對於運動前與運動當下是否補充水分答題表現較差;另外以小一學童對於運動傷害預防、處理的認知能力較差。本研究結果可提供關於直排輪運動傷害之參考資料,另外對於直排輪運動的防護也可提供幫助。

In this research, sports injuries of in-line skating program for the first to third grades elementary-school students in Tainan were aimed to investigate. A questionnaire was used in this study. Statistical analyses were completed by chi-square test, independent samples t-test and independent sample one-way analysis of variance. Results showed: 1. Students of in-line skating post-class programs participated the investigation belonged to 14 schools and coaches are all external. Participants were more male students. Students’ height were medium or medium-high level. Students’ percentile ranks of weight were between 35% and 65%. Students’ qualifications to participate the program were from four to eight months. Most of these students were interested-based. 2. The rate of injuries happened to students was 0.14 times/person. Male students suffering from sports injury were more than female students. There were no significant differences in the number of injuries on the left and right sides of the body. All injuries were new and mainly happened on knee and elbow joint. The type of injury was mainly abrasion and all happened on practice. The treatment of the moment when injury happening was ignoring or rest. After the happening of injury, medical treatment was self-processing or bringing these injured-students to the hospital by parents and relatives. 3. The performance was poor when asking students ‘’ adding water is needed or not before and in exercise”. Moreover, the first grade elementary-school students’ cognitive ability of sports injury prevention and handling was poor when comparing with other grade students. All these results in the above could provide reference materials relating sports injuries of in-line skating and were helpful for the sports injury prevention in-line skating.
