摘要

因應時代的變遷及跟隨著半導體產業的快速發展，本文將針對身為一個耗材代理商的角色，如何規劃才能將企業電子化並且利用各應用模組系統來提升組織的工作效能，以增加公司在業界的競爭優勢及營運績效。
本文將以企業電子化最為重要的企業資源規劃及顧客關係管理等模組系統，在建構時所需要注意的細節，並以PDCA 管理循環為基礎，掌握各項重要管理系統上的構面與項目，做為未來發展企業電子化成功導入模式之理論基礎。
