近年來,由於政府實施週休二日,且國人越來越重視休閒活動,國內因而掀起一股觀光休閒熱潮。因此,本研究擬以主題遊樂園產業為研究範圍,運用Kaplan & Norton (1992)平衡計分卡之財務、顧客、內部流程、學習與成長等四構面,以及國內外相關文獻,彙整出相關的策略因子,以建構提昇主題遊樂園經營績效關鍵成功因素之初步層級架構。問卷調查對象為國內相關領域之學者、官員與業者,並透過模糊德菲法(Fuzzy Delphi Method)與模糊層級分析法(Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process),整合專家對於主題遊樂園產業經營績效發展之意見,以萃取出提昇主題遊樂園經營績效的關鍵成功因素。研究結果顯示,經第一階段模糊德菲法專家問卷分析後,篩選出16項具專家共識的評估準則,作為第二階段模糊層級分析專家問卷的層級架構。經第二階段模糊層級分析後,萃取出「員工的教育訓練」、「員工滿意度」、「形象與商譽」、「服務及時性」、「活動策劃的吸引性」、以及「便利之交通區位」等六項因素,為提昇主題遊樂園經營績效之關鍵成功因素。
In recent years, not only does government put a regular two-days-off weekend into practice, but also the masses are very enthusiastic about promoting various kinds of activities in leisure and tourism. In consequence, it stir up the tour fervor in Taiwan. For that reason, it plans that theme park industry is the region of the research, and making use of the Balanced Scorecard, Kaplan & Norton (1992), with the main four perspectives such as finance, customer, internal business process, and learning and growth, and also collecting many published literature studied in domestic and overseas in order to establish the initiative hierarchy framework for the key success factors of increasing business performance for the theme park. The questionnaire enquirers focus on professionals in the correlative field, and then integrating professional's comments about the business performance for the theme park by applying the theory of the fuzzy Delphi and fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process, in order to find out the key success factors of increasing business performance for the theme park. The result obviously shows that 16 factors are found out to as the hierarchy framework of fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process questionnaire after the fuzzy Delphi method analysis. Then after fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process, the key success factors of increasing business performance for the theme park are staff's education and training, staff's satisfaction, image and reputation, service immediately, the absorptive activities plan, and convenient transportation.
