In this study, wire and cable companies in the sample , explore the impact of knowledge management and work performance of work suitable willful . In this study, through the relevant literature , research hypothesis inference , and refer to the relevant literature on knowledge management, self-willed and appropriate operational definition of job performance questionnaire design . In this study, a total of 150 questionnaires sent , valid questionnaires were collected , the SPSS statistical analysis software to perform data analysis . The results found that knowledge management has a positive impact on job performance , and knowledge management for individual work suitable wayward also have a positive impact , also positive effect on job performance wayward suitable work .
