台灣澆鑄型壓克力產業關鍵成功因素之研究

摘要

本研究以台灣澆鑄型壓克力產業為研究對象，根據文獻回顧及透過專家訪談找出關鍵成功因素，彙整出三大關鍵成功因素構面及12個關鍵成功因素的次級衡量指標以建構成層級架構。
本研究的主要目的有: 1經由專家訪談及廠商問卷調查了解台灣澆鑄型壓克力產業關鍵成功因素。2藉由層級程序分析法了解台灣澆鑄型壓克力產業關鍵成功因素對業者未來發展趨勢的影響。
根據實證分析結果，台灣澆鑄型壓克力產業關鍵成功因素與專家訪談結果具有一致性。本研究發現:1大部分主要經營者，都認為｢優越的品質管控與良率｣、｢客製化服務導向｣、｢經驗學習曲線｣為台灣澆鑄型最重要的關鍵成功因素，此現象與業者的經營策略有極大的關係。2本研究發現在知識管理方面是有代溝，且與教育程度有關。

In this study, the object is casting-acrylic industry in Taiwan. According to literature review and interviews with experts to find out the key success factors, and compile three key success factors and twelve index of secondary measurement to success construct the hierarchies.
The purpose of this study is: 1. To find out the key successful factors of Taiwan casting-acrylic industry through interview with experts and questionnaire to factories 2. To understand the effect of key successful factors of Taiwan casting-acrylic industry and the trends of future development through Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP).
According empirical analysis, we found that: 1. principal proprietor consider that “superior control of quality and yield rate”, “customized service-oriented”, “experience curve” are the most important key success factors of casting-acrylic industry in Taiwan. And this result is highly associated with business strategies. 2.Generation gap exists in knowledge management, and is related to the education degree.
