企業主管領導風格對工作績效影響之研究-以人格特質為干擾變項

摘要


在全球化的影響使的競爭更加劇烈的大環境中,因此發展趨勢而衍生之經濟型態已不是企業或是個人憑藉著自我意識挑戰即能存活的社會環境,若想獲取更高的優勢,最必要的即是挑選出能領導整個組織的優秀領導者,而領導者之領導風格亦深深影響著公司工作績效的成長或是驟降,這也考驗著領導者本身特質和智慧的相互結合。 本研究以領導風格構面為自變數,以工作績效為依變數,人格特質作為干擾變數,探討三者變數之間的關係,經運用因素分析、迴歸分析進行資料分析後,獲致研究結論如次:1.領導風格對工作績效有顯著正向影響。2.人格特質對領導風格有顯著正向影響。3.人格特質對工作績效有顯著正向影響。4.人格特質對領導風格對工作績效影響具有顯著干擾效果。 本研究方法主要採問卷調查法進行資料蒐集,以台灣南部服務業主管為抽樣調查對象,共發出250份問卷,回收218份,有效問卷176份,問卷回收率為70%。

The competition among enterprises is getting intense due to the effect of globalization, and social environment caused by the economic type nowadays is not going easily to be adapted from the challenge by the enterprises as well as person’s self-consciousness. For the purpose of a greater superiority, it is vital to choose a perfect Leader from the organizations. The leadership style affects The job performance very much within the company which also challenges the leader’s characteristics and wisdom. The research explored the casual relationship among three variables : leadership style as the independent variable, Job performance as the dependent variable. The data collected were processed by the method of Regreation and the analysis of variance. 1.leadership style has a significant positive impact on job performance; 2.the personality trait has a significant positive impact on leadership style; 3.personality trait has a significant positive impact on job performance; 4.personality trait to leadership style has a significant impact on job performance with interference effect. This study applied questionnaire survey, and the managers of services industrial in Southren Taiwan as the sample targets. 250 questionnaires were sent, and 218 were returned 176 questionnaires were valid, and the response rate was 70%.
