都市內小汽車駕駛人停車滿意度之因果模型-以台南市市中心為例

摘要


本研究以結構方程模式來建立都市市中心駕駛人之停車特性與停車滿意度之因果模型。首先,以敘述性統計分析問卷項目,再透過變異數分析來探討停車特性與停車滿意度之關聯性;另外,分析旅次目的與停留時間之相關性以及迴繞時間與停車特性滿意度之相關性。其次,以因素分析來萃取停車滿意度和停車特性的問卷項目,以作為因果模型之潛在變項。最後,以結構方程模式建立停車滿意度因果模型。

This study establishes the cause-and-effect model between the parking satisfaction and the parking character for the urban drivers on the base as the structural equation modeling, SEM. First, narrate the inquiring paper items on a statistical analysis basis. Then, analyze the relationship between the parking satisfaction and the parking character through ANOVA; besides, to analyze the relationship between the parking character satisfaction and the circling period. Moreover, to extract the inquiring paper items for the parking satisfaction through the factor analysis, thus refers to the latent variables for the consequence model. Finally, the cause-and-effect model of parking satisfaction is established on the base of the structural equation modeling.
