家庭復原力與父母身心健康狀況之相關研究:以發展遲緩兒童家庭為例

摘要

發展遲緩兒童家庭需面對各種不同的壓力與挫折，而常被認為家庭功能失調，而希望家庭能回到穩定狀態;然而，近年來開始有研究發現許多發展遲緩兒童家庭面對困境時，仍然可以運作的很好，而家庭復原力即是一個重要的因素。
因此，本研究旨在瞭解發展遲緩兒童家庭與一般兒童家庭之家庭復原力與父母身心健康狀況之相關情形。研究方法採量化問卷且採立意取樣方式，由臺南市兒童發展服務管理中心-溪南區之個管員協助蒐集資料，問卷回收總計164份，有效問卷共計140份。
研究結果簡述如下:(一)發展遲緩兒童主要照顧者的親職壓力大於一般兒童主要照顧者;(二)發展遲緩兒童主要照顧者的整體生活品質及心理健康程度低於一般兒童的主要照顧者;(三)發展遲緩兒童及一般兒童主要照顧者之親職壓力越高，其身心健康程度越低;(四)發展遲緩兒童組中，家庭復原力可以趨緩或降低厭壓力對主要照顧者身心健康的影響程度。

Family with developmental delay child are regarded as a drawback and need to be fixed. However , in recent years, researches have illustrated that many families with developmental delay child are operating well and are with resilience.
Therefore, this research aims to explore the degree of family resilience in the family with developmental delay child and its influence on the well-being of parents. This research used questionnaires to examine the situations of parents and in totally interviewed —with the help of the Tainan City Child Development Services Manager ( Sinan Zone)-- 164 parents with developmental delay child.
The results are summarized as follows :( a) the parenting stress of the primary caregivers with developmental delay child is greater than the caregivers of children without developmental delayed, (b) the quality of life of the primary caregivers with developmental delay is significantly worse than the caregivers of children without developmental delayed , (c) family resilience can significantly buffer the influence of parenting stress on the well-being of the primary caregiver with developmental delayed child.
