鋼構廠最適施工團隊組織架構之研究

摘要


本研究應用Trend Model探討分析鋼構廠施工團隊組織成員之合作協調模式,並將其關係以矩陣運算試表作數量化與程序化之分析,再利用德爾菲法(Delphi technique)探求組織最適層級數,並依據該層級數設計第二階段層級分析法(Analytic Hierarchy Process, AHP)兩兩比較溝通阻抗權重(Ki)之問卷調查,最後以阻抗矩陣運算方法,將可能之組織分工架構階層關係阻抗值予以量化,提出最佳工作介面之團隊組織執行方案。藉由本研究來評估鋼構廠組織協調效率之應用模式,並探究台灣鋼構廠最適施工團隊之組織架構。

This study employs trend model to investigate various modes of coordination among team members of steel construction. According to the project network developed based on the characteristics of a project, the trend model establishes an activity relationship matrix. to identify the activity relationships within the construction process. Then Delphi technique is used to determine optimal number of level of an organization. To evaluate various organizational structures and their coordination efficiencies, this study utilizes the analytical hierarchy process to quantify the strength of an organizational structure and identify the optimal structure for steel construction.
