在繁忙的二十一世代裡,多數人處於高度競爭、高度變動的環境中使現代人生活感到緊張,並飽受了許多精神上的壓力,尤其來自職場上的領導與工作壓力往往會對下屬員工的精神上產生壓迫,且造成工作的厭煩。本研究探討職場上領導對於員工精神狀態的影響。 本研究的樣本來自300位基層員工,分屬坐落於不同地區的四個工廠。本研究使用SPSS 17.0進行信度分析、One-way ANOVA及pearson correlation分析。本研究設計了不同類型的題目來檢視探討職場上的領導對下屬員工的團隊合作、安全態度與信任,同時下屬的團隊合作、安全態度與信任是否會影響其個人工作上的壓力。並進一步探討壓力大到有憂鬱症傾向的員工其在一般生活、交通、與工作廠所產生意外與災害的情形。本研究初步結果顯示職場上,壓力大到有憂鬱症傾向的員工其在一般生活、交通、與工作廠所產生意外與災害的情形都達到統計上顯著地高於完全健康的員工。
In the busy 21thcentury, the most people live in a stressful environment, suffering from mental pressure, especially from the stress in the workplace,which tends to have subordinates feel oppressed, and makes them bored with their work. In this study, weevaluate the impact of leadership on the mental state of employees at the workplace. The study samples are from 300 frontline employees, who belong to 4 plants located in different areas. The study was conducted by using SPSS 17.0 reliability analysis, One-way ANOVA and Pearson correlation analysis. This study was designed to examine the impacts of safety leadership on the three dimensions of subordinates, namely, teamwork, safety attitude and trust; and then the impacts of these three dimensions on work stress. Further, we extended the study to explore how work stress influence injury rates in the personal life, traffic, and workplace. The preliminary results show that the injury rates of the stressful group are statistically higher than the mentally healthy group in personal life, traffic, and workplace.
