IM Key Issues in Taiwan’s Enterprises

摘要

隨著時間的演進，產業界重視的資訊管理關鍵議題和發展方向亦不斷地改變。本研究實施2回合的修正式德爾菲法，以及後續訪談，探討台灣未來3-5年重視的資訊管理關鍵議題，並比較國內外相關研究。
研究結果指出前三項資訊管理關鍵議題分別為：(1) 爭取高階管理者支持、(2) 善用資訊系統創造企業競爭優勢、(3) 整合資訊系統規劃和企業策略規劃。此外，藉由假說檢定，發現關鍵議題受重視程度會因為企業不同的資訊成長階段、IT架構、IT策略方格、企業規模、產業別、資訊部門規模與歷史以及受訪者個別的經歷與職務別而有所差異。
本研究提供產官學研資訊管理關鍵議題的發展方向，進一步讓管理者瞭解這些改變，進而掌握所帶來的影響以及管理這些改變並和世界接軌。

With the gradual progress of time, the key issue of information management and trend which the industrial circle pays attention to are also changing constantly. The purpose of this study using modified Delphi technique and follow- up interview identifies as well as analyze the critical issues of the information management over the next 3-5 years in Taiwan. Besides, compare the key issues with domestic and international studies.
The top three important issues include: (1) top management support; (2) using information system for competitive advantage; (3) integrating information system planning and business strategic planning. In addition, the top 10 issues are compared with previously reports in Taiwan. Besides, hypotheses analysis suggests that IS growth stage, IT structure and IT strategic grid, company’s size, industry sector, the size and age of IS department, and the position and experience of the respondents have effects on the importance of the key issues.
The results indicate information management critical issues providing the enterprises and academic with valuable insight. Moreover, it promotes managers to understand these changes further as well as understand the influence that key issues brought.
