近年來電力電子科技發展快速,穩定的電源品質於是乎受到重視,因此不斷電系統已漸漸成為許多電器產品、元件、系統相當注重的要件。但瞬息萬變的市場,造成不斷電系統未來的發展趨勢越來越複雜、競爭環境亦將越來越險峻,故台灣廠商唯有充分瞭解產業特性,秉持正確經營策略,掌握產業關鍵成功因素,才能具備長期競爭優勢。因此,本研究之目的在透過關鍵成功因素及Poter鑽石模型等相關文獻的蒐集整理,並藉由專家意見諮詢等方法,發展及建構不斷電系統產業關鍵成功因素模式。本文將關鍵成功因素分成生產要素、需求條件、相關與支援產業的表現、企業策略及機會等五個構面,每個構面並分成三個次構面;並以層級分析法透過專家諮詢問卷對不斷電系統專長之學者專家進行構面及次構面間之分組成對比較,以求得層級構面之相對權重,以瞭解不斷電系統的關鍵成功因素。分析結果顯示五個構面之重要程度依序是需求條件、企業策略、機會、生產要素、相關與支援產業的表現,而在次構面中,以生產要素構面中生產品質最為重要。本文研究結果可提供日後不斷電系統產業成長之參考依據。
Due to the fast development of electrical and electronic technologies, more and more emphasis has been paid on how to keep stable quality of electric power. As a result, the uninterruptible power supply (UPS) system has become an important element in an amount of electronic products and systems. To be provided with sustainable competitive advantage in the turbulent and complex business environment, Taiwanese UPS companies should be aware of industrial key success factors. Therefore, the main purpose of the thesis is to analyze the key success factors for the UPS industry based on Porter’s diamond model. A key success factor model for the UPS industry was built by collecting related literature and consulting experts’ opinions. The key success factors are categorized into five dimensions: production factor, demand condition, related and supporting industry, firm strategy, and chance; each dimension consists of three sub-dimensions. The weight of each dimension was determined by the analytical hierarchy process. Research findings reveal that production factor is the most important key success factor, followed by demand condition, firm strategy, chance, and related and supporting industry. Among all sub-dimensions, production quality was weighted as the most important factor. The present results can provide some development guides for the UPS industry.
