我是一個受過社工系專業教育的畢業生,接受過社工專業教育的我卻在進到社區工作中遇到了無力可施的困境,進而開始懷疑以前學校所帶給我的教育訓練,我在實習過程認識了一群社工系背景的社區工作實務者,他(她)們也曾跟我有過一樣對專業教育的疑惑,但卻有擁有能力能因應工作上的困難。 本研究回顧整理了社工系社區工作教育發展過程與內容及社區工作者實務工作狀況,並以紮根理論為基礎,透過訪談與分析,整理了6位社工系畢業生在接受社區工作教育的過程、從事社區工作實務現況及對專業技術知識的需求,並與社工系的社區工作專業教育產生對話。 在這個研究進行後,推測出兩個實務工作場域的需要,作為社工教育過程的建議,分別是增加學生實踐的場域與多元文化訓練的學習。
As a graduate student of social work education who studied social work since undergraduate, I was quite confused when entered the field of community work. This leads to the suspicion of my school education. I was acquainted with several practitioners from social work department who have the same hesitation with me towards the professional education. However, they were capable of solving these problems. This thesis reviews the development and content of the community work education in social work department as well as the work situation of those community workers. Based on the grounded theory, I interviewed six community practitioners who were social work department graduate from different school, and analyzed the process of their community work education, the practice of community work and the required knowledge and skills of community work. In conclusion, this thesis surmised two major needs for community work education in social work education; namely, more opportunities for field training and cultural sensitive in community work.
