台灣營建業者赴大陸投資因素之研究

在投資熱潮的情況下，赴中國大陸投資已是不爭的事實，也一直是熱門的話題及關注焦點，而中國大陸又於2008年的北京奧運，也為此帶來更多商機。雖說台灣早已投入中國大陸這塊市場，不過至從開放投資房地產後，營建業者也湧入中國大陸市場。本研究欲瞭解針對營建業者赴中國大陸投資影響因素。
本研究以複迴歸分析，主要透過投資因素文獻，考量投資政策、經濟市場、環境、基礎建設等各因素，依照1998年國際聯合國於區域投資協定報告投資模式，亦探討在2005~2008年間台灣營建業者投資總額對於中國大陸各地區投資影響因素。
實證分析結果顯示，台灣營建業者主要赴中國大陸投資大多居於東部沿海地區，結果顯示大學總數、受高中以上教育程度人口比、網路使用數、戶量、觀光人口、職工平均工資、建設用地面積、國際機場數、總人口、消費水準是影響台灣營建業者赴大陸投資的主要因素。注重勞力品質已取代注重廉價勞工成為主要考慮因素，其他如資訊的取得及地區觀光帶動的效益等等也是影響重要的因素之一，其研究結果的影響因素也為了提供未來欲前往中國大陸投資的台灣營建業者的投資考量做其參考依據。

Abstract
In the case of the investment, it has been a hot topic and attention focus in China, and the more business opportunities in Chinese in the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games. Although, Taiwan has already put into the China market, but construction industry in China to from invest real estate opened. A study for the construction industry investment factors in China.
In this study, multiple regression analysis, primarily through investment factors literature, consider investment policies, market economy, the environment, infrastructure and other various factors in accordance with the 1998 International United Nations Regional Investment Agreement Report investment model, between 2005 and 2008 Taiwan's construction industry investment total investment for the various regions factor in China.
Analysis of Taiwan's construction investment mostly go to eastern coastal areas, the results show that the University Quantity, high school level of education population,internet use, the amount households, tourism population, average wage, construction area, international airports, total population, consumption levels are the construction industry investment factors in China.Major impact factor are the Labor quality replace cheap labor, other the information obtained and tourism benefits are important factors. Provide Foundation of Taiwan's construction industry investment reference in China.
