臨床護理人員資訊素養及其相關因素之研究

摘要


本研究目的在探討臨床護理人員資訊素養之現況及其相關影響因素。採橫斷式設計,研究對象為南部某醫學中心臨床護理人員共754人,以自擬之結構式問卷為工具,工具內容包括2部份,第一部份為基本屬性、電腦網路相關資源及相關經驗,第二部份為護理資訊素養量表,包括電腦素養、網路素養及資訊態度等3個構面,共60題,有效網路問卷答覆率為50.9%。以網路普查方式收集資料,資料以獨立樣本檢定、單因子變異數分析、相關因素分析及逐步回歸等方式進行分析。 研究結果發現:(1)臨床護理人員的資訊素養平均分數為184分(總分數為60-240分),3個構面分數由高至低排序為資訊態度、電腦素養及網路素養。(2) 資訊素養基本屬性中之年齡、學歷、婚姻、工作年資、職稱、能力進階層級及兼任資訊業務數有顯著相關。(3)資訊素養與設備資源中之工作環境或住所電腦有無專屬電腦及能否上網及在輔助資源中之電腦問題諮商方式呈現顯著相關。(4)資訊素養與電腦網路使用經驗中之登入XMS網站次數、常用軟體之使用頻率、每週平均使用電腦時間、每週平均上網時間及在學校學習資訊相關課程的科目數及學分數、在工作場所學習資訊相關課程之時數有顯著相關。(5)臨床護理人員資訊素養最強的預測因子為常用軟體使用頻率,可解釋的變異量為30.8%。 最後本研究在醫院之資訊相關在職教育課程應分層級並給予系統性之規劃及網路問卷之應用等,已詳加討論並給予建議。

The purpose of this study was to explore the information literacy and its related factors of clinical nurses. It's a cross-sectional study design. Using the web survey, the sample of 384 clinical nurses was obtained from 754 eligible subjects who work in one of medical center located in south part of Taiwan. Data collation was using an investigator-developed structural questionnaire. Data analysis methods include independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, Spearman, Person and the multiple regressions. The outcome showed: (1) the average score of information literacy was 184. The information literacy composed 3 dimensions; the average score from high to low by order was information attitude, computer literacy, and internet literacy. (2)Information literacy and subjects?? age, marriage, educations, total years of nursing service, years of working with the hospital, Length of the staying with the unit, clinical ladder, network, resources, login time to the XMS website, frequencies, time to use computer each week, time to accesses the net each week, studying IV courses, studying time were significant correlated. (3)The frequencies of use computer can contributes to 30.3% variations, is the number one predictor. According to this study findings, Informatics related curriculums should be designed systematically and integrity at on job training in service education.
