本研究旨在探討臺南市國民小學家長會組織運作與學校效能之關係。本研究方法採文獻分析法與問卷調查法,以臺南市國民小學學生家長為施測對象,採便利抽樣方式,共發出問卷350份,經由篩選及剔除無效問卷後,共獲得有效問卷為309份,有效問卷回收率為88.29%。研究工具為自編「臺南市國民小學家長會組織運作與學校效能問卷」,內含「家長會組織運作量表」與「學校效能量表」兩種量表,具有良好的信度與效度。統計方法採次數分配與百分比、平均數及標準差、t考驗、單因子變異數分析、皮爾遜積差相關、逐步多元迴歸分析等方法。 本研究結果歸納為下列六項: 一、臺南市國民小學家長會組織運作之現況良好。 二、臺南市國民小學學校效能良好。 三、不同背景變項(性別、身份、年齡、教育程度、經濟狀況)家長的知覺在家長會組織運作有顯著差異。 四、不同背景變項(性別、身份、年齡、教育程度、經濟狀況)家長的知覺在學校效能有顯著差異。 五、臺南市國民小學家長會組織運作與學校效能有顯著正相關,家長會組織運作愈佳,學校效能也愈高。 六、臺南市國民小學家長會組織運作對學校效能具有預測作用,「人力資源」、「經費運用」是主要的預測變項。 最後,本研究依據研究結果,提出具體建議,以作為改善家長會組織運作與提升學校效能之參考。 關鍵字:家長參與學校教育、家長會、學校效能
This study aims at exploring the relationship between the operation of parent-teacher association and school effectiveness in elementary schools in Tainan City. This study adopts documentary analysis and questionnaire survey as research methods and takes parents of elementary schools in Tainan City as objectives. It utilizes convenience sampling, issuing 350 questionnaires. After filtering and deleting invalid ones, there are 309 valid questionnaires. The effective questionnaire return rate is 88.29%. The research tool is self-made” parent-teacher association operation and school effectiveness in elementary schools in Tainan City Questionnaire” which includes two measuring scales “parent-teacher association operation measuring scale” and “school effectiveness measuring scale” which has fine reliability and validity. The statistical methods include frequency distribution and percentage, mean and standard deviation, t test, ANOVA, Pearson’s product-moment correlation, stepwise multiple regression, etc. The research results are concluded as follows: 1. The parent-teacher association in elementary schools in Tainan City operates well 2. School effectiveness in elementary schools in Tainan City is good. 3. Parent perception has significant difference in parent-teacher association operation under various background variables(gender, status, age, education degree, economic status). 4. Parent perception has significant difference in school effectiveness under various background variables(gender, status, age, education degree, economic status). 5. There is significant positive relationship between the operation of parent-teacher association and school effectiveness in elementary schools in Tainan City. The better the parent-teacher association operation is, the better the school effectiveness will be. 6. The operation of parent-teacher association in elementary schools in Tainan City has prediction effect for school effectiveness. “Human resource” and “fund utilization” are major prediction variable. Finally, according to the research results, this study proposes some concrete suggestions for the reference of improving parent-teacher association operation and enhancing school effectiveness.
